Mediterranean Quinoa Lettuce Wrap



The options are endless with the flavours of the Mediterranean but enerjivetm Rock Salt Quinoa Cracker brings the neutral flavour and crunch to compliment every combination!

Ingredients:

1 large lettuce leaf: romaine, green or red leaf, Boston Bibb or iceberg
1 tbsp (15 mL) hummus
2 tbsp (30 mL) tabouleh
3 enerjivetm Rock Salt Quinoa Crackers
2 tbsp (30 mL) diced pickled turnips

Cooking Instructions:

Place lettuce on a plate, spoon hummus down centre of leaf, top with tabouleh then Rock Salt Quinoa Crackertm. Sprinkle with pickled turnips, wrap and munch!

Tip: when in a rush, find great quality hummus and tabouleh at your Middle Eastern Grocers or look for brands that only use natural ingredients and no preservatives! We like Fontaine Santetm hummus!
